 - needed for non-threading version using SIGIO

Sorted non-stripped n6110.c reqd modules to the end of the commented list

Missing, needed for pic32 crt0 for m68k-pic32-coff-gcc-2.7.2.3-2

Further updates after 5110 testing

--enable-debug CFLAGS now just add -ggdb3 and remove -O[0-9]*

First version, development moved to 5110-connected machine

moved include/config.h.in.in -> acconfig.h
 - needed by autoheader
